At Boek & Tas, we serve only specialty coffee: coffee of the highest quality, carefully grown, harvested, and roasted to let the unique character of each bean shine through. Almost all specialty coffee comes from the Cofea Arabica plant, which often grows at higher altitudes and therefore develops a richer flavor palette – ranging from fresh citrus and sweet strawberry to deep notes of chocolate and caramel.
Specialty coffee is not only about taste, but also about the story behind the bean: the origin, the people who cultivate the beans, and the meticulous processing. Each cup becomes an experience and a journey to the very source of the bean.
